COURT ORDERS AND CONSENT ORDERS
CHANGING A FINAL PARENTING ORDER

If the other party agrees to change the
Parenting Order

Where you are in full agreement with the other party about all of the changes to the Final Parenting Order in most cases, there are 2 options:

  1. You can agree with the other party to submit Consent Orders reflecting the change;
  1. You can prepare a Parenting Plan setting out the changes with both parties signing and dating the Parenting Plan.
